Account And Project Settings
Understand account-wide preferences and project-specific administration
Archflow separates settings that follow your account from settings that belong to one project.
Account Settings
Open Settings from the global navigation.
| Area | Manage |
|---|---|
| Account | Identity, connected sign-in methods, password, email state, data export, and account deletion |
| Appearance | Preset themes, custom themes, and light or dark mode |
| Archie and AI | Assistant style, memory behavior, provider credentials, and model routing |
| AI usage | Managed credits, limits, and Archie activity across projects |
| Billing | Subscription access, plan status, and billing management |
| Developer tools | Account-scoped MCP tokens and integration downloads |
Account tokens can reach every project visible to the account and expire after 30 days. Prefer a project key when a client only needs one project.
Project Settings
Open Settings inside a project to configure:
- Automatic Archie work for that project
- Direct-user and group sharing
- Project-scoped MCP/API keys and client instructions
- Project bundle and supported import/export actions
Project permissions and plan level can limit which settings appear or remain editable.
Account Memory And Project Knowledge
Account memory contains preferences that make sense across projects, such as response style or general modeling conventions.
Project-specific constraints, domain language, source evidence, reviewed insights, and durable facts belong under Documentation → Project Knowledge. Avoid placing sensitive project facts into account-wide memory unless they truly should influence every project.
Security And Privacy
- Use a unique password and review connected authentication methods.
- Export account data before scheduling deletion when records must be retained.
- Revoke unused project and account tokens.
- Rotate a token immediately if it may have been exposed.
- Remove project and group access when collaboration ends.
