Profile & Settings
Manage your profile, themes, AI providers, and account preferences
The Profile page lets you manage your account, choose themes, configure AI providers, and monitor your usage.
Accessing Profile Settings
Click your profile avatar or name in the top navigation bar, then select Profile to access your settings.
Theme Selection
Archflow ships with 7 preset themes:

Select any preset theme to instantly change the appearance of Archflow. Your theme preference is saved to your account.
Custom Theme Import
For complete brand customization, import a custom theme from TweakCN:
- Navigate to Profile > Theme Import
- Design your theme in TweakCN's visual editor
- Copy the exported CSS (supports both Tailwind v3 and v4 formats)
- Paste the CSS into the import field
- Preview the theme to verify it looks correct
- Click Save to activate

Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark mode using the theme switcher in the navigation bar. Custom themes automatically adapt to dark mode without any additional configuration.
AI Settings (BYOK)
Archflow supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for AI providers. Configure your own API keys to use your preferred AI models for documentation generation, Archie conversations, and analysis.

Configuring AI Providers
- Go to Profile → AI Settings
- Click Add Provider
- Select the provider type
- Enter your API key
- Test Connection to verify the key works
- Select which model to use for different tasks (chat, tool calling, embeddings)
You can configure multiple providers and select different models for different purposes. API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
Per-Project AI Settings
Projects can override the default AI settings:
- Open the project Settings page
- Configure project-specific model preferences
- These settings take priority over your account-level defaults
Usage & Plans
Navigate to Profile > Usage to monitor your consumption:
- Projects --- Current count vs. your plan limit
- AI Actions --- Monthly usage with breakdown by tool type
- Top Tools --- Most-used AI tools and their credit consumption
- Lifetime Summaries --- Cumulative usage across all resource types
Account Settings
From the profile page you can also:
- Update your display name and avatar
- Manage linked accounts (OAuth providers)
- Set or change your password
- View your subscription plan
