Dashboard

Your home base for managing projects, tracking stats, and accessing Archie

The Dashboard is your starting point in Archflow. After signing in, you land on the main dashboard where you can see all your projects, key statistics, and access Archie --- the AI assistant.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard displays summary statistics at the top:

SystemsTotal systems across all your projects
DiagramsTotal diagram views across all projects
ConnectionsTotal connections defined across projects
DeploymentsTotal deployment configurations

Below the stats, you'll find your Recent Projects list with quick access to each project.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard you can:

  • New Project --- Create a new architecture project
  • Import Project --- Import a .archflow.gz archive to create a project from an export
  • Browse Projects --- View and search all your projects

Archie Sidebar

On the right side of every page, the Archie AI assistant panel is available. On the dashboard, Archie can help with general Archflow questions. The sidebar shows:

  • Context indicator --- Displays your current page context (e.g., "Dashboard", "Systems", "Views")
  • Tool count --- Shows how many tools are available in the current context. Archie has 100+ tools across 12+ categories, with tools loaded dynamically based on your current page
  • Chat input --- Type questions in natural language
  • Session controls --- Start a new chat, view history, or access memories

The top navigation bar provides access to:

  • Dashboard --- Return to the main dashboard
  • Projects --- Browse all your projects
  • Groups --- Manage collaboration groups
  • ArchDeck --- Browse the architecture learning card library
  • Profile --- Access your profile, theme settings, and account
